On Saturday 28th June 09, two Dublin Fire Fighters, Tom Healy and Con Ring are competing in the France-Nice Ironman Triathlon.
This entails swimming 3.8Km, cycling 180Km and running 42.5Km.
Tom and Con are doing this challenge in aid of St. Catherine's Association Ltd.
